TLC points calculator
TLC counts your TLC points and DMV points together under its Persistent Violator Program. Enter your totals from the last 15 months to see where you stand and what a course can take off.
What this calculator does not do
It does not look up how many points a specific violation carries. Use the point totals on your TLC and DMV records. Results are based on the published rule, not your TLC record, and TLC can impose other penalties. Confirm with TLC.
The rules behind the numbers
Persistent Violator Program (§80-27): 6–9 TLC and/or DMV points within 15 months → suspension up to 30 days; 10+ → revocation.

The DMV PIRP course works on your DMV record and insurance rate. It is separate from the TLC count above. More detail is on the TLC points and PIRP page. If you got a summons, see the TLC summons guide.
